Here in the Patagonia Region of South America we have no other option except to raise the preeminent lambs in the world. Our lamb is grass fed, antibiotic free, supplement free and hormone free…always. It is impossible to find lamb meat more natural then you will find here at the end of the world. Each one of our grass fed lambs are given one whole hectare to roam and forage, for the people that may not know, 1 hectare equals 2.47 acres! That’s 2.47 acres of fresh, clean Patagonian grass. What that gives us is a lamb that is extremely healthy and nearly devoid of fat. The severe climate and geographical isolation in this region also gives us a unique situation where a virus cannot and will not survive here. This leaves our grass fed lamb free of infection and disease, naturally.
Grass fed lamb has been proven, time and again, to be the healthiest lamb on the planet. Lamb meat that comes from organic grass fed lamb is higher in Omega-3 fatty acids, fatty acids shown to help heart health, and lower in Omega-6 fatty acids, fatty acids shown to hurt heart health. People with a diet rich in Omega-3 are less likely to suffer from depression, schizophrenia, attention deficit disorder and Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, grass fed lamb meat from the Patagonia region of South America is shown to have double the amount of Iron and Zinc. Iron specifically is very important for pregnant women, who have been shown to lack this element.
